Speech Therapy

Speech and language therapist are specialist whose focus in the areas of communication, voice, speech, language, hearing, feeding, swallowing as well as social and cognitive aspects of communication.

Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA)

ABA is a study and application of behavioural concepts uncovered via experimental analysis of behaviour to a wide range of situations. ABA produces successful approaches for promoting socially significant behaviour changes over time. ABA methods are used to support people with Autism and related development disorders to improve appropriate behaviours, to teach new behaviours, to preserve the learnt behaviours and keep them upto date, to generalise or transfer behaviours from one setting to another, limiting or narrowing the circumstances in which interfering behaviours occur, to minimise obstructive behaviours.

ABA is also effective on language, Social, academic, leisure and functional life skills, aggression, self-injury, and stereotyped behaviours in settings like schools, residences, hospitals, and institutions.

Reading, academics, social skills, communication, and adaptive living abilities are all socially significant actions. Gross and fine motor skills, eating and food preparation, toileting, dressing, personal self-care, domestic skills.

Special Education

A special Educator works with children of different ages who have a range of learning or cognitive disabilities, and physical problems.

Audiology

An Audiologist can test diagnose and provide professional help with human hearing imbalances and can provide hearing aids.

Occupational therapy

An occupational therapist focuses on developing the client’s everyday occupational needs that impact a patient’s ability to perform day to day task.
